RATED ‘EX’: After 15 years of attacks by city and private lawyers, the Santa Ana Theatre, a porno movie house, will close for good this month. . . . But its opponents can’t claim credit; the theater successfully fended off more than a decade of lawsuits, the last rejected by the U.S. Supreme Court this week. . . . The theater fell victim to its lease, which expires June 30. . . . The owners plan to tear down the building, which will leave only two porno theaters in Orange County, both in Buena Park.
