Such a Deal: Singer Anita Baker and her husband are asking $950,000 for a historic house in Detroit they bought for $575,000 and had once planned to demolish, the Detroit Free Press reported Tuesday. The couple have said they wanted to put up an unspecified project at the site of the Chene House. The house was built in 1855 and had most recently housed a restaurant.
