WORLD IN BRIEF : BELGIUM : 3 Suspects in IRA Bombings Captured

Three guerrilla suspects were captured by Belgian and Dutch police investigating Irish Republican Army bombings in Europe. The roundup began Saturday when Belgian police arrested Donna Maguire, 23. Two male companions escaped but were captured by Dutch police, one shortly thereafter and the other Monday. They were identified as Gerard Harte, 31, and Michael Collins, 26.
