Developer Creates Summer Fellowships
Van Daele Development Corp., a Riverside-based home builder, has created a summer public service fellowship program for three to five students at UC Riverside.
Each year, Van Daele will donate $10,000 to the university, which will create a local, national or international fellowship modeled on a program at Stanford University where students created projects ranging from high school drop-out prevention to working in refugee camps in Pakistan.
