Sacramento has become the sixth city chosen for the World League of American Football, a new spring league scheduled to begin play in March of 1991. It will have 12 teams.
The other cities chosen are Orlando, Fla.; Birmingham, Ala.; San Antonio; Montreal, and Barcelona, Spain.
