An ‘Elvis’ for ‘Slowhand’: Eric Clapton walked off with an ‘Elvis’ statuette as the “Living Legend of the Year” Wednesday night at the Second International Rock Awards, which was broadcast live by ABC from a Manhattan armory. The Rolling Stones won for “Tour of the Year,” Aerosmith won “Artist of the Year” and Tom Petty’s “Full Moon Fever” won “Album of the Year.”
