MINNEAPOLIS — Radisson Hotels International plans to operate a $125-million luxury cruise ship--the company’s first--with prices to match.
It hopes that the 354-passenger vessel with unusually large guest suites and other amenities will appeal to travelers willing to pay $600 a day.
Diamond Cruise Ltd. of Helsinki, Finland, will own the ship, which will be launched in 1992. Radisson, part of the Hospitality Group of Minnetonka-based Carlson Cos., will manage it.
