Greaves Named to Cal State L.B. Board
LONG BEACH — Roger F. Greaves, president and chief executive officer of Health Net, has been named a founding member of the board of governors of the Cal State Long Beach Foundation. Greaves, an alumnus, is chairman of the university’s Annual Fund campaign.
University President Curtis McCray said the board will be “involved in helping to determine the future direction of the university physically, academically and financially.”
Other founding members of include Wayne Armstrong, president and chief executive officer of Del Taco; Norman Coulson, president and chief executive officer of Glendale Federal Savings & Loan Assn., and Peter Ridder, publisher of the Long Beach Press-Telegram.
The board held its first meeting April 30.
