Kings to Air on San Diego Radio Station
XTRA-690 AM, a San Diego-based radio station, has become the flagship radio station for the Kings.
As part of the Kings-XTRA agreement, all games will be aired live, except those originating from the Central or Eastern time zones, which will start at 6 p.m. on a delayed basis.
In making the announcement, Kings’ owner Bruce McNall said: “With XTRA’s nighttime signal covering from Baja California to the Canadian Rockies and beyond, the Kings and the sport of hockey in general, will greatly benefit from this fabulous arrangement.”
The Kings have rotated flagship duties among KLAC, KGIL and KORG for the past five years.
