Texas sports agent Lance Luchnick has no written contract with All-American linebacker Keith McCants and cannot be in violation of Alabama sports registration law, according to Luchnick’s lawyer.
Attorney Mark Kolitz said a state grand jury investigation of Luchnick for failing to register as a sports agent in Alabama was a minor situation, if it was a situation at all.
