KCRW to Link U.S.-Israel: Public-radio station KCRW-FM (89.9) at noon today will broadcast “This Year in Israel,” a two-hour, live show that it claims is the first national call-in program linking an American audience with Israel. Ruth Hirschman, KCRW general manager, will host the program, timed to coincide with Passover, from a live feed in Jerusalem.
