SANTA PAULA : City Says Disney Withdraws Request

Walt Disney Studios has withdrawn a request to use Santa Paula’s Main Street as the set for filming of a bank robbery for a television pilot, according to city officials.
The company could not be reached for comment. Earlier this year, the Santa Paula City Council debated a proposal regulating film production in the city, with some citizens asking for an outright ban.
