Ren Runs Katella Past El Dorado, 21-7

ANAHEIM — Katella High School running back Bond Ren rushed for 141 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Knights to a 21-7 homecoming victory over El Dorado in an Empire League game Thursday night at Glover Stadium.
Ren carried the ball 24 times while running mate Jess Evans rushed 10 times for 90 yards.
Katella (1-2, 3-4-1) scored on its first possession of both the first and second halves. Ren carried five times on the first drive for 44 yards, scoring on a one-yard run. Ren then scored again in the third quarter on an 11-yard run.
