Houston Baptist’s gymnastics program, among the top 10 in the nation this decade, is being investigated by the National Collegiate Athletic Assn. for rules violations, the Houston Post reported.
Most of the violations appear to be minor except for a $608 plane ticket for gymnast Alfonso Rodriquez to return home to Madrid in March, 1988.
