Howard Strasbaugh 18460 Gothard St., Huntington Beach Penalty: $400 Violation: Failure to obtain a permit to operate a barrel heater (optical machinery manufacturer) Company: Huntington Harbor Car Wash 16921 Algonquin St., Huntington Beach Penalty: $400 Violation: Failure to obtain a permit to operate gasoline dispensing equipment (car wash) Company: Sasco Electric 2027 Brea Mall, Brea Penalty: $400 Violation: Failure to obtain a permit to construct an internal combustion engine (commercial electrical contractor) Company: Gonzalez Maintenance 12400 Euclid St., Garden Grove Penalty: $400 Violation: Exceeding limits on fugitive dust emissions from the use of abrasive blasting equipment (general maintenance contractor)
