The Wolff Co.’s new nine-story office building in the Irvine Spectrum is scheduled to open later this fall. Designed by the architectural firm of Leason Pomeroy Associates, the building features a two-story, glass-walled lobby with a 13-foot-high glass sculpture as its centerpiece. Hill, Genson, Even, Crandall & Wade, a law firm currently located in Santa Ana, is the building’s first major tenant.
