Ramon Salcido has been ordered to stand trial on charges of murdering seven people, including his wife and two of his daughters, during a rampage in the wine country that his lawyer said was fueled by drugs and alcohol. Santa Rosa Municipal Judge Knoel Owen also ordered Salcido, 28, to stand trial on three counts of attempted murder.
