J. Perry has been named executive vice president of Anaheim-based Carl Karcher Enterprises, parent company of Carl’s Jr. Restaurants. He had previously been group vice president of operations for the company. Before joining Carl Karcher Enterprises in 1986, Perry was president of Saga Corp.’s Straw Hat Pizza division. In addition, David J. Brickner has been appointed group vice president, with responsibility for manufacturing, distribution and food service sales. Brickner was previously vice president/general manager of manufacturing and distribution.
