A Korean-American businessman was sentenced in Newark, N.J., to 30 months in prison for conspiring to smuggle lethal nerve gas to Iran. Juwhan Yun, 48, of Short Hills, N.J., jailed since his arrest in January, will have his term reduced by time already served under the sentence imposed by U.S. District Judge H. Lee Sarokin. Yun, the owner of Komex International, a weapons exporting firm, was convicted in May.
