GRAND OPENINGS : 3 Pacific Ridge Communities
Lyon Communities Inc. will be previewing model homes in three sections of single-family homes at Pacific Ridge, a new neighborhood in the hills of Aliso Viejo in south Orange County.
The Breeze homes, designed especially for young families, are two-storied and have 3 and 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Prices range from $269,990 to $299,990.
Homes in The Crest area are targeted to growing families and/or move-up families and are two-storied residences with 3 and 4 bedrooms, optional bonus rooms and attached 3-car garages. Prices range from 283,990 to $319,990.
The Highlands will represent Pacific Ridge’s largest homes and are designed for established and/or move-up buyers. They have 3 to 5 bedrooms, up to 3 full baths and 3-car garages. Prices range from $309,990 to $349,990.
Sales begin this weekend, with model homes open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in all three Pacific Ridge areas, reached from the Alicia Parkway exit of the Santa Ana (5) Freeway, then right on Moulton Parkway.
Santa Paula Homes
Las Pasadas, a development of single-family homes with a Spanish Revival architectural theme, at 157 Beckwith Road in west Santa Paula, is staging a grand opening today with three decorated models.
Three floor plans with 3 or 4 bedrooms are available in one- and two-story designs ranging in size from 1,438 to 2,019 square feet. A total of 86 homes will eventually complete the walled community, according to the developer, Mesa Pacific.
All homes will include front-yard landscaping with stuccoed-block side and rear yard walls for privacy. A $90 homeowners’ monthly maintenance fee will be added to the purchase price ranging from $275,000 to $288,000.
Sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
