Audiotronics Corp., a North Hollywood firm that makes audiovisual products and educational programs, named Hai Y. Lee, who has a doctorate in electronics, to its board of directors to complete the term of Robert H. Klugman, who resigned. Lee is a recognized authority in electronics design and liquid crystal display panel devices, which are used in audiovisual applications to display large-screen pictures, the company said.
