COMMERCIAL SCENE : Gittler & Wexler Sublets Wilshire Centre Offices

In a 13-year deal valued at $2.6 million, the law firm of Gittler & Wexler has subleased 7,000 square feet of space in West Wilshire Centre, the 11-story office building at 11620 Wilshire Blvd.
The firm, which has already begun relocating from its Century City headquarters, will take up half of the eighth floor in the new building and has an option to take the other half. It sublet the space from National Medical Enterprises, which will move into its new corporate headquarters in Santa Monica in October.
