When President Bush recently visited Poland and Hungary he responded very well to the two nations and their new road to freedom.
But on the 50th anniversary of the Hitler-Stalin Pact, when two dictators conspired against the Baltic states and their freedom, President Bush did not have the courage to say the same words about the Baltic states and their people. Why the silence?
