John F. Jastrem has been named chief financial officer at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. of Los Angeles. He succeeds David Hannah, who has been named general manager of Reliance’s Reliance Steel division. Jastrem also was named a director and named chief financial officer of Valex Corp., MetalCenter Inc. and Arnold Technologies Inc., which are majority owned subsidiaries of Reliance.
