Warren Androus has been named senior vice president and director of information services for American Savings Bank. Androus, based in Fullerton, will manage all systems development and computer operations. Before joining American Savings, Androus was director of information services for Home Savings of America. Before that, he was director of operations for Transamerica Corp. American Savings Bank, with headquarters in Stockton, has about 180 retail savings branches and 23 residential-loan centers throughout California.
