Vanessa Williams, the deposed Miss America who appeared in Penthouse pictures and went on to a successful recording career, has given birth to her second daughter. Jillian Kristin Hervey was born Monday at 10:35 a.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center said the father, Ramon Hervey II. The baby weighed 8 pounds, 8 1/2 ounces and measured 20 inches long. The couple’s first daughter, Melanie Lynne, will be 2 years old June 30.
