Seven people were injured, three of them critically, in a traffic accident on the southbound San Diego Freeway in San Juan Capistrano. Two of the victims were children, Orange County Fire Department dispatcher Leo Schneider said. The accident, which involved a pickup that flipped over, occurred south of Junipero Serra Road and was reported about 8:35 a.m. Sunday, he said.
