A man whose wife was jailed after he took their 4-year-old son Sunday from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Hospital in New York where he was undergoing court-ordered treatment for leukemia surrendered with the boy, police said. Family Court Judge Leon Deutsch in Brooklyn gave David Pagan, 36, a suspended 10-day sentence, released his wife, Migdalia, 35, and placed their son back in the custody of child welfare authorities. Mrs. Pagan was jailed on contempt of court charges for refusing to tell where her husband and child were.
