DENALI NATIONAL PARK, Alaska — Three British climbers fell to their deaths on Mt. McKinley as they descended from North America’s tallest peak, the National Park Service reported Friday.
The three experienced climbers probably slipped down a steep 3,000-foot chute, and all appeared to have died instantly, a ranger said. The park service identified the British climbers as leader Chris Massey, 39, John Lang, 45, and Julian Dixon, 37.
