The Hayes Co., Costa Mesa, bought 155 acres in Mira Loma for $14 million. The developer plans to develop the land for an industrial park called Hayes Industrial Center and sell it to other developers. The property is south of the Pomona Freeway in Riverside County.
Selling was DeVries Brothers Dairy, Mira Loma.
