Darts and Laurels to Those Involved With ‘Roe vs. Wade’
- Share via
I am frightened that there are people in this country (how could George Orwell have known?) who seek to rewrite history when they dislike its outcome.
I refer to those crusading reactionaries who sought to ban the airing of “Roe vs. Wade.” Despite claims that it was because the film had a pro-choice bias (it didn’t), their true mission was to make America forget that the Supreme Court ever made such a decision. As if making this movie go away would somehow make a woman’s constitutional right to reproductive freedom go away too.
