Trains Collide; 23 Killed

MAPUTO, Mozambique — Two trains collided Wednesday near Mocuba in Zambezia province, killing at least 23 people and injuring 48 others in an accident blamed on bad maintenance of the rail line, Radio Mozambique said Thursday.
