Commercial Scene : Partnerships Involved in Sale of Retail Complex
A California limited partnership has paid nearly $18.5 million to another limited partnership for the 97,226-square-foot Peter’s Landing office and retail complex at 16400 Pacific Coast Highway, overlooking the Huntington Marina in Huntington Beach.
The partnership, known as Peter’s Landing Partners Ltd. and whose general partner is the Brentwood-based investment company R.J. Nathan Inc., said it may expand the complex by putting an upscale grocery store on the site. The complex is anchored by the restaurants of MacArthur Park, Reuben’s and Red Onion. It is currently 95% leased.
