John F. Kimberling, a Los Angeles attorney, and Grant C. Gentry, a Chicago business executive, have resigned as directors of the Sherman Oaks-based Olson Industries. The company, which produces plastic packaging, was not given a reason for the resignations, according to Richard Olson, vice president and secretary.
