Norwalk’s Baeza Defeats Lopez

Armando Baeza of Norwalk, won a 10-round split decision over Ben Lopez of Upland in a lightweight bout at the Irvine Marriott Monday night.

Baeza, 20, who weighed 132 3/4 pounds, has a 13-3-1 record with five knockouts. Lopez, 27, who weighed 133 pounds, is 12-5 with nine knockouts.
