Student Sit-In Protests Military Study on Campus

AMHERST, Mass. — About 90 students Monday occupied a building at the University of Massachusetts to protest military-funded research being done on the campus. The students vowed to remain until they were arrested, but university officials would not say whether they would call in the police.
