Actress Jill Ireland will play herself in a planned television movie based on her new autobiography, “Life Lines,” which updates her life and problems with her son and father. Her company is coproducting the film. . . Controversial talk show host Wally George, who got his start as a disc jockey on KIEV radio in Glendale, will be doing a cameo role--as a disc jockey--in “Nightmare on Elm Street, Pt. 5.”
