I am appalled that the Los Angeles Times Orange County Edition has carried not one word of the major address given here in Orange County last Monday night by former Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger before an audience of some 1,100 at Temple Bat Yahm in Newport Beach. Dr. Kissinger covered in depth his outlook on the Soviet Union and the situation in the Mideast.
