Irish Prime Minister to Make Visit to Japan

DUBLIN, Ireland — Charles Haughey is to make the first official visit to Japan by an Irish prime minister April 23-26, a government spokesman said Sunday.
His planned visit to Tokyo last September had to be postponed when the late Emperor Hirohito became ill.
