Commercial Scene : Lincoln Distribution Center Ground Broken
Construction is under way on the $13.6-million Lincoln Distribution Center in Fontana. The project, 380,634 square feet of warehouse and distribution space, is to be completed in July.
The 17.65-acre center is located in the Sierra Gateway Commerce Center at Santa Ana Avenue and Commerce Way.
The project consists of four buildings designed to accommodate warehouse and light-industrial users. Ron Blakeslee and Tim D’Angelo of Grubb & Ellis, Ontario, are the exclusive brokers.
