Commercial Scene : Executive Tower Leases Signed for $17.6 Million

Three lease transactions valued at $17.6 million have been signed on offices in the new 17-story Executive Tower at Olympic Boulevard between Purdue and Butler avenues in the Olympic West Garden District.
Raleigh Executive Suites, which provides fully staffed office suites for long or short-term rental, has leased the entire second floor of the $60-million building, which is to open later this year.
Executive Life Insurance Co. has signed a lease for the third and fourth floors valued at $10.6 million. Mezzeplez, a health club, has signed a lease on 9,500 square feet of ground floor space for $2.1 million.
The building was designed by Gensler & Associates/Architects.
