Medical Center Work Started

Construction has begun on the $12-million Newport Lido Medical Center, 351 Hospital Road in Newport Beach. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 1990.
Situated on 3.63 acres, the project will include construction of a five-story medical office building, an adjacent four-level parking structure and modifications to an existing six-story medical building.
Newport Lido Medical Center Partnership of Newport Beach is the developer. The contractor is Saffell & McAdam Inc. of Irvine. The architect is CYP Inc. of Irvine and the landscape architect is POD Inc. of Los Angeles.
