Lease Transactions by Firm More Than Double

Nearly 300,000 square feet of office/commercial leases, valued at more than $40.3 million, were signed during 1988, according to William M. Durslag, vice president/regional manager, Tishman West Cos. This represents an increase of nearly 60% over 1987, based on the dollar value of the leases.
