A 38-year-old woman has been accused of taking her 10-year-old daughter to a vacant apartment in Richmond last year where she allowed three men to rape the child. Once inside the building, the mother left her child alone and the three men--a friend of the family, an acquaintance and the live-in boyfriend--each raped her. Afterward, the mother gave the girl $5.
