FBI Official Promoted

Washington — FBI Diredtor William S. Sessions on Thursday announced the promotion of Floyd Clark, the bureau’s criminal division chief, to the post of executive assistant director. Clark will replace John Clover, the agency’s highest-ranking black employee who is retiring.
