RE/MAX Described as Fastest Growing Franchise Realty

RE/MAX International is the fastest growing franchise real estate firm in the nation, according to the 1988 edition of Roulac’s Top Real Estate Brokers.
The concern reported $1.12 billion in gross revenues in 1987, 27% above the 1986 figure of $815.9 million. RE/MAX was also No. 1 in the average number of transactions handled by each agent during the year, 24.7; the number of new agents who joined RE/MAX franchises, 4,038, up 33.9% from 1986, and the rate of office growth. The 238 offices opened in 1987 reflected a 19.1% increase over the 1986 pace.
