Congress Votes No on Pay Raise
It’s tough that the senators, representatives and others are having a hard time finding decent, affordable housing in Washington. We know how they feel. My engineer’s pay, Naval reservist pay, combined with my wife’s registered nurse’s pay isn’t going to buy us a house in a decent, safe neighborhood in Los Angeles. We wish we could decide to raise our pay.
Hey, any other readers out there in the same fix as us? Are you as mad as hell about housing costs and quality of life here in Los Angeles? Not all at once, please.
