Schurr 55, Burbank 50--Miguel Aristigui scored 9 of his 11 points in the last 1:38 as Schurr came from behind to win the Foothill League game at Schurr.
Aristigui made 2 free throws with 58 seconds to play to give Schurr (4-12, 4-2) a 51-50 lead, then added 4 more foul shots down the stretch.
Aristigui gave Schurr a 49-48 lead with 1:22 remaining when he hit a 3-point shot, but Jim Cafferty of Burbank scored 12 seconds later to give the Bulldogs a 50-49 lead.
Adam Tunison scored a game-high 21 points and Kahyeed Murray added 12 for Burbank (2-14, 1-5).
Hart 71, Alhambra 63 (OT)--Brett Wilson scored 7 of his 14 points in overtime to give Hart a Foothill League win at Alhambra.
Wilson, who grabbed 10 rebounds in the game, hit 2 jump shots and 3 free throws in overtime.
Alhambra’s Pedro Diaz buried a 3-point shot with 4 seconds to play in regulation to tie the score, 59-59.
Reserve forward Aaron Tanner made 5 of 5 field-goal attempts and finished with 14 points for Hart (10-9, 4-2).
Bel-Air Prep 59, Buckley 43--After battling for 3 quarters, Bel-Air Prep changed its defensive scheme from man-to-man into a triangle-and-two, forcing 6 turnovers and holding Buckley to 3 points.
Buckley’s David Polushkian and Todd Steinman, who scored 14 each, were held to only 2 points in the final quarter.
