Local News in Brief : Fullerton : Enrollment Jumps 6.5% for Fullerton College
Fullerton College spring semester classes begin today with an enrollment of 16,923--a 6.5% increase over last spring, according to college spokesman Al Busch.
Busch said several factors account for the significant increase in students this semester.
“We’ve been advertising and marketing the college,” he said. “We also had class registration for our continuing students prior to Christmas break so that we could devote all our attention to new, incoming students in January. Also, we have been adding classes to the schedule to take care of students’ needs.”
