Writer-producer-director Colin Higgins’ memorabilia from the films “Harold and Maude,” “Silver Streak,” “The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas” are among items that will be auctioned tonight by Butterfield & Butterfield in Hollywood. Higgins was writer and/or director of those films and also “Foul Play” and “9 to 5.” He died Aug. 5, 1988 of complications from AIDS.
